Customer Care

Orders ship from our studio in Ontario. Your package will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer free ground shipping in Canada via Canada Post.

We offer free shipping to the US. All duties are already included in the price and will not be charged, and taxes if applicable will be pay by customer. US orders typically take up to 7 days to clear customs.

For international orders, send a note to petranovicsmiljana@gmail.com and we can find the best rate for your package.

Smiljana Art is not liable for shipments lost in transit. If you believe your shipment has been lost please send a note to petranovicsmiljana@gmail.com and we will attempt to locate your package. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages.

Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged paintings in original condition returned within 30 days of receipt. Paintings must be returned in original packaging.

Shipping, return shipping, international shipping and duties and taxes are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please email to petranovicsmiljana@gmail.com with your order # and the products you’d like to return and reason for return. We’ll contact you with instructions on next steps to process.

We charge a restock fee to help cover the cost of return shipping and to offer a pre-paid return label. Canadian returns have a $8 CAD restock fee and US returns have a $20 USD restock fee.

If you would like to exchange an item please initiate a return and place a new order.
